Hello from TrussCode

TrussCode is open for business. This is the first post on the new site, so here's who we are, what we build and how to work with us.

The name

A truss is the triangulated frame inside a roof or a bridge. You rarely notice it, but it's what carries the load. That's the job we want our work to do: dependable structure underneath your project, so everything built on top of it stands up.

Hence the tagline: Code That Carries the Load.

What we build

Custom software. Business applications, customer portals, admin tools, integrations and automation on .NET and SQL Server. We start from the business problem, write down what "done" means, and deliver software that is secure, documented and easy for the next person to maintain.

Engineering and mechanical design. Concept design, CAD models, drawings and design-for-manufacture, delivered with engineering partners in our network.

Custom plastic 3D printed parts. Prototypes, replacement parts, enclosures, jigs and fixtures, and short production runs in materials like PETG, ABS/ASA, nylon and TPU.

A supply chain network. When a project needs machining, molding, finishing or assembly, we bring in the right partner and manage it, so you still deal with one team.

Most projects need more than one of these. A device needs an enclosure and the dashboard that reads its data. A production line needs fixtures and the app that tracks work orders. That's the gap we fill: one point of contact from idea to delivery.

The Starter Kit

We're also preparing the TrussCode Starter Kit, a production-ready ASP.NET Core MVC foundation with login and account lockout, an admin area, database error logging, maintenance mode, site banners, email and security headers built in. This website runs on it.

It isn't on sale yet. If you build business apps on .NET, join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's ready.
